Quotly

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 27, 2026

This policy explains how Quotly collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our website and services, including the pre-launch waitlist.

Who is responsible

Quotly is the data controller. For any question about this policy or your data, contact us at contact@quotly.es.

Data we collect

Waitlist: your email address and whether you are a client or a professional. When you create an account and use the marketplace: your name, contact details, the requests and quotes you post, messages, reviews and, for professionals, your business profile.

Why we use your data (legal basis)

To notify you of our launch and run the waitlist (your consent); to provide and secure the service and connect clients with professionals (performance of a contract); and to comply with our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We share data with the providers that host and run the platform, strictly to operate the service, and with other users only as needed to connect a request with a professional. We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Waitlist data is kept until launch and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to delete it. Account data is kept while your account is active and as required by law.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or export your data, withdraw your consent at any time, and object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact contact@quotly.es. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Cookies

We use only the cookies strictly necessary to run the site and keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; the date above reflects the latest version. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
